You could say real estate runs in my blood — my dad’s a builder, my mom’s a realtor, and my grandfather was both. I began my own career as an engineer and moved to Charleston in 2014 to work for Bosch. Over time, my passion for homes, design, and helping people led me to start doing real estate sales and construction on the side.

In 2022, I left engineering to pursue those passions full time, earning my builder’s license, broker’s license, and founding Marshian Homes. Having lived in many areas of Charleston and now settled on James Island, I understand the character and nuances of each neighborhood.

With my construction background, I bring a unique perspective to both buyers and sellers. For buyers, I can help envision renovations to turn a house into a dream home and guide them confidently through inspections. For sellers, I provide practical insight into repairs and improvements that can add value — and in many cases, handle the work myself.
